Excellent, near-mint apart from very light surface scratches. No dents, dings, or plating wear. No history of repair. Has been ultrasonically cleaned, polished, and adjusted. Includes Bach hard double case with shoulder strap.
About this model
A variant of the Bach Stradivarius also made in Elkhart, Indiana but sold exclusively overseas. Features a hand-hammered 2-piece bell using a Stradivarius bell mandrel, Stradivarius valve block, and Monel valves. Unlike the 180S37, the VBS1 includes a 3rd slide water key, a 3rd slide stop screw, and one tuning slide brace instead of two.
